Katie Lieberman, is a personal trainer, pilates mat and yoga instructor working as a fitness professional for 12 years.
Katie completed initial certification
as a yoga teacher in 1998 and has continued with more focused studies in the
Viniyoga tradition including trainings with Gary Kraftsow, Fran Ubertini and Mark
Whitwell. Pilates and Personal Training Certification received through AFAA. She has also completed certification programs in Prenatal Yoga
with Dr. Curtis Cetrulo OB/GYN and Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Babies and Tots.
