Katie Lieberman, RYT has been teaching yoga in
the Viniyoga tradition for 12 years, Pilates for over a year and recently began providing personal training services.
Katie completed initial training
as a yoga teacher in 1998 and has continued with more focused studies in the
Viniyoga tradition including trainings with Gary Kraftsow, Fran Ubertini and Mark
Whitwell. She has also completed certification programs in Prenatal Yoga
with Dr. Curtis Cetrulo OB/GYN and Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Babies and Tots.
Pilates and Personal Training Certification received through AFAA in 2009.

Viniyoga is an approach to hatha yoga known for adaptation and modification. The practice is appropriately sequenced to suit the interests of the group; each posture is modified to meet the needs of the individual. Yoga practice can be designed to be gentle and relaxing or to build strength and stamina.
